Honor Pledge

Home Presence Associates play a vital role in the well-being of those we serve, and by taking the Honor Pledge,  they are given a set of guiding principles that ensures every interaction is grounded in respect, compassion, and professionalism. By consistently following these principles, we create a dependable environment where clients feel safe, valued, and confident in the care they receive. The Honor Pledge also fosters accountability across our team and sets the standards for our interactions with each other.

  • Treat all of our clients with respect, fairness, and dignity.

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to our clients' questions and resolve issues promptly and accurately – within 24 hours if possible.

  • Seek out feedback from our clients and take meaningful action based on their suggestions or concerns.

  • Thank our clients and never take them for granted. 

  • Practice continuous improvement,  both individually and as an organization
